1) For storage in Gujarat and all over India Explosive Licence under PESO is Mandatory
2) For use Methanol in Gujarat MA-I Licence is Mandatory from Prohibition Department.
3) For Sale of Methanol in Gujarat MA-II Licence from Prohibition Department is Mandatory and Poison Licence from District Magistrate is Mandatory.
4) For sale in Maharastra Poison Licence from Food & Drug Department is Mandatory
5) For sale in India other than Gujarat & MaharastraPoison Licence is Mandatory andAsk state Excise Department from other Requirement if any.
Methanol MA - 1 & MA - 2
Methanol is liable under poison act 1919 issues by content to the district magistrate. Methanol is liable for storage under petroleum act 1934 petroleum Rule 2002
• મેથલોન Petroleum products નથી.
• Inflammable substances act 1952 declaration કરવા માં આવેલ છે.
• Petroleum act 1934 section 30 – પ્રમાણે GOVERMENT જે પ્રોડક્ટ ને Inflammable rule માં નાખે તેને Petroleum rules 2002 rule લાગુ થઇ શકે.
• ઉપર પ્રમાણે મેથલોન ને petroleum rules 2002 પ્રમાણે Explosive licence લાગુ પડે.
• મેથલોન નું flash point 23 °C કરતા ઓછું હોય એને Class A petroleum products કહેવાય જેના વગર licence સ્ટોરેજ 30 લિટર સુધી રાખી શકાય
• 30 લિટર ઉપર સ્ટોરેજ થાય તો peso na petroleum rules 2002 પ્રમાણે storage licence મેળવવું પડે.
• Storage જો ટાંકી માં કરવાનું હોય તો અંડર ગ્રાઉન્ડ અથવા અબોવે ગ્રાઉન્ડ કરી શકાય જે માટે licence peso માં થી from 15 માં મળવા પાત્ર છે
• STORAGE જો બેરલ માં કરવાનું હોય તો શેડ માં કરી શકાય જેનું Licence peso માં થી from 15 માં મળવા પાત્ર છે
• Methlon poison હોવા થી વેચાણ કરવા માટે poison licence Goverment પાસે થી લેવું જરૂરી છે.
• મેથલોન મોટા ભાગે Catalysts [ ઉદીપક – મિશ્રણ કરવા ] તરીકે ઉપયોગ થાય છે. ફાર્મા , કેમિકેલ ઇન્ડુસટ્રી તેમજ બીજી ઘણી બધી જગ્યા એ વાપરી શકાય છે.
• ગુજરાત માં મેથલોન ખરીદવા , STORAGE કરવા , વાપરવા કે પછી વેચવા નીચે મુજબ કાયદા લાગે
• વાપરવા માટે – [ ગુજરાત ]
• નશાબંધી ની ઓફિસે થી [ From No – MA 1 ] નું licence લેવાનું થાય.
• સ્ટોર કરવા માટે PESO માં થી Explosive licence લેવાનું રહે.
• શરૂઆત માં ન્યૂ licence એક વર્ષ માટે મળતું હોય છે. પછી રિન્યુ 2 વર્ષ માટે કરી શકાય.
• વેચાણ કરવા બીજું poison license લેવું પડે જે નજીક ના જિલ્લા માંથી મેળવવું જરૂરી છે
